Kleine, praktische Ferienwohnung

Alles bestens, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Spartanisch aber gut ausreichend eingerichtet. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man den schönen Strand, Restaurants und Läden.

Bon emplacement calme mais dysfonctionnements de la cuisiniere gaz bouteille qui nous ont value quelques repas froids plus une fidjonction électrique. Heureusement le personnel de l'agence Abritel a été très réactif et sympathique. J'aurai toutefois apprécié petit geste commercial.

A.ncien garage transformé en pièce de vie. Spartiate, manque chauffage d,appoint en fin de saison.manque un four micro ondes Désagrément de passer par l,agence à 4 km pour recevoir les clés. Très agréable l,été quand il fait beau grâce au jardin autour.

Très bon accueil local à l’gnece de Hyères. Mais peu satisfait par l’annonce en ligne qui prête à confusion: («Appartement: 1 pièce, 1 chambre » et on découvre une fois la réservation faite qu’il s’agit d’un studio et que « la pièce » est en fait « la chambre »...

Bonjour, Nous sommes à une bonne demi douzaine de locations par INTERHOME et nous n'avons jamais été déçu :) Pour celle-ci, le seul hic est la difficulté à refroidir la pièce et ce malgré le Mistral qui a soufflé deux jours durant. Même l'aéroport qui n'est pas très loin serait plus un avantage qu'un inconvénient pour celles et ceux qui décideraient de venir profiter de cet endroit en prenant l'avion. Je pense que nous reviendront un jour y poser nos valises ;) Bien cordialement

Améliorations à apporter

Si la propriété est appréciable de par sa proximité de la plage et du beau front de mer, elle est bruyante intérieurement: les tuyaux d'alimentation en eau qui desservent aussi les autres logements étant apparent dans la pièce principale,nous subissons le bruit surtout le soir, suivant l'utilisation des autres locataires. Le réfrigérateur est très bruyant également il enclenche souvent et longtemps . Un peu moins gênant mais il serait facile d'ajouter une tablette pour poser le décodeur TNT qui pend....
