The service desk took almost an hour to provide us the room despite of confirmed booking. The AC duct had leakage issue and the room , bathroom was full of water due to it. After several complains they manage to get it cleaned and transfer us to new room after we pushed them. The new room too had problem where door after locking was getting open from outside without key card. The desk was informed around 6 in evening and they assured to resolve it however after I was back from meeting at night, I was surprised to see no action was taken, again despite of several complains they managed to send someone mid night to get it done. In all the incidence the manager never bother to be available. Worst service
