Townhouse-Beach Vacation at the Yachtsman in Hyannis

  • Poolside Townhouse in Hyannis , 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, steps to private beach, Short stroll to veterans park and Kalamus Beach! 1/2 mile walk to Hyannis Harbor. Walking distance to popular restaurants, Main Street, Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Beautiful Heated Pool. Town house has multiple levels. This property may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges due to stairs (young children and/or elderly). A/C, no pets, no smoking in unit or on premises.
    Weekly rentals are for Saturday to Saturday only.
    The pool will open for the only on the weekends during the month of June.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon departure if there are any damp towels or linens, please hang them in the basement. Also, any bedding that stripped you may leave on the bed or put in the washing machine.
Please be sure all garbage is removed from the unit and any parking tags left on the counter
Please be sure to return key to the lockbox. Thank you for staying with us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking inside or on the outside premises , no outside grilling, no bike racks can be left on parked vehicle.
Garbage must be put out daily (garbage schedule in condo).Guest Parking Pass must be placed on vehicle ($20 fee for each parking pass not returned)
Checkout prior to 10 am. Close windows, return tags/keys, lock doors. Please strip the beds of linens, towels in laundry. Clean dishes Thank you
