The property has a large living room with plenty of seating, 42 inch smart TV and a DVD library with over 200 movies. Smart TVs with Netflix and everything you need. Room darkening curtains in all bedrooms. Window air conditioners are installed in every room from May through September to keep you and your family and friends cool. Heating is included for colder seasons. The property has lawned gardens to the front and rear which are of the highest quality and mowed weekly. The rear garden is fully enclosed for total privacy while sunbathing and swimming and the deck has a new patio set with parasol. There is plenty of parking for guests who wish to bring their boat as our house is situated on a corner site at the end of a small private street. The garbage is collected once a week. Extra bed sheets and towels, beach chairs are provided.
