This property sits on 1.1/2 acres of manicured land, its a 3 bedroom house, theres also a second larger house with 5 bedrooms on the same land lot, that can either be rented separately or simultaneously. Although all have been updated, yet kept much of its capecod charm and historical grounds. The house is 300 yards from the ocean,5 minute walk to three beaches:Veterans park, Kalmus beach and Keys beach, five minute walk to John F. Kennedy Memorial park,And a half a mile from one of the best historical harbors in capecod, the Hyannis harbor, where you can take a ferry to the islands of Nantucket ,Martha's vineyard, go deep sea fishing, kayaking, boating, sailing and /or windsurfing.or enjoy two of the best restaurants in capecod, spanky's and the black cat,as you sit in the outdoors facing the ocean harbor and all the beautiful fishing boats,and small artisan huts, where you find all the local artists selling there beautiful work, its a site you will remember through out your life. This cottage is quaint and charming. Enough room for 6 with a pull out couch on the living room. The location is close to Main Street and you are able to walk to Veteran’s beach. The house was very clean and by far the best shower with multiple functions. The is enough space for parking for two cars. The backyard has a well maintained grass area with a patio, dining table, and gas bbq. The air conditioning worked well and it conveniently has a washer and dryer located in the guest bedroom.
