Short Walk to 3 Beautiful Ocean Beaches! Dog friendly cottage! Located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border. 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cape style cottage. Sleeps 6\. New kitchen and 1st floor bathroom with tub and shower. Dishwasher, washer & dryer, Central Heat and Central A/C, TV, Wi Fi, outdoor shower, private deck, new Weber grill. Parking for 3 cars. Master bedroom with queen sized bed and bedroom with 2 twin beds are on the first floor. 3rd Bedroom with twin beds is on the second floor. Full bathroom with shower on second floor. This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees. This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. All linens are provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and washcloths, bar soap, TP and a hair dryer. Extra towels and washcloths are available free at the cottage supply shed next to the office. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is an iron and ironing board. In the kitchen, the cottage has paper towels, a bottle of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, a dish towel, and a pot scrubber, laundry detergent. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, wine glasses, lobster pot. The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker and we provide the filters but not the coffee. Please bring a bag of your favorite ground coffee. Free daily trash pick-up from outside your front door each morning. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 20 to September 5\. Two-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 20 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between September 5 and October 31 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend). Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre private parcel studded with pine trees, and a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannisport, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance. Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts. We stayed for a week and can't say enough about the cottage. It had everything we needed and was right next door to the office and linen shed, so we could stop by for supplies, beach towels, and beach chairs easily. Shirley and Bob were great- very helpful and friendly. The house had everything we needed with an updated kitchen which was well supplied. We cooked in a few nights and grilled too- the back deck was spacious and relaxing with a nice view. The walk to the pretty beach was short and pleasant. After a relaxing day our kids loved using the outdoor shower. We took a day trips to Plymouth, Nantucket, and Provincetown, which were easy and very enjoyable. There was also plenty to do in Hyannis and we took in the JFK library and a Kennedy walking tour, as well as a few restaurants. All in all, it was a great week but too short. We're looking forward to our next visit to Harbor Village! ##### Michael & Heidi A. Loved the short walk to the beach and drive to Main St. A nicely renovated cape rental close to the beach and other Hyannis attractions. Kitchen appliances all modern & working well, plenty of dish ware, utensils pots & pans etc. Kitchen & bathroom updated with new counter tops. AC worked fantastic and overall layout was comfortable with a nice nautical theme. Beds were super comfortable! Location to beach accurate. Pet friendly. Oversized deck. Great location. This rental was one of our best ever. It was modern, clean, well maintained and simply beautiful. The attention to detail was surprising to me. Things like new soap in the shower, fresh towels whenever you wanted, appliances and utensils that were brand new, comfortable beds and pillows, fresh, clean sheets, very nice, friendly, helpful managers, a beautiful setting with a lake out the back and within walking distance to the beach, a few minutes to town. We loved this place and were grateful to stay there for the week. It does not disappoint and seems even better than the pictures on VRBO. Only two trivial suggestions: TV in the bedrooms would be a nice addition for those who like that, and a new swing to replace the one in the back yard. But honestly, these are small points. The trouble is this place is so good there are not many faults at all!! Rent it and enjoy your summer vacation. ##### Steven P.
