"Carol was the sweetest and showed us around the property when checking in. We were able to borrow beach chairs as well as she always had fresh baked sweets every day. One of the best stays we’ve had."

"We loved staying here. Everything is pristine and clean. The breakfast was delicious - the blueberry pancakes likely the best I’ve had in my life. Very walkable to everything on Main Street. Easy to drive to other beaches further up north. The staff are professional and attentive - what a pleasure."

"Really sweet place to stay. Roll out the door and walk down to Black Cat or up the street a block to Main St. 7 mins. the JFK Museum. We will return ."
"Clean, quiet hotel with a great staff and ample parking. Walkable to all Main Street shops and restaurants. We stay here several nights every year and recommend it highly."
"Very basic motel, appropriate for the price. Cleaners did a good job with the room every day. Two pools. The indoor pool was nice and warm. On the main Hyannis strip with restaurants and shopping all in easy walking distance. Also an easy walk to the ferries, as well as the Maritime Museum. Overall, a solid value. We were here for two weeks and have no complaints."
"Our room was huge and seemed very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, especially for a continental breakfast. If I had one complaint it would be that the bathroom was quite dated and small for the size of the room. Overall our stay was great and we’d stay there again."
Heritage House Inn on Cape Cod, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room and we'll appointed. The amenities (soap, shampoo, etc) were nice. We did not experience breakfast, which is across the parking lot in the Comfort Inn. Great location for walking to restaurant, JFK museum and docks. Free parking. Only complaint...the hairdryer has high and low speeds only. It took forever to dry my hair."
"The room was very clean. No hot water. My husband figured out himself that the valve under the sink for the hot water was turned off. When turning on water to the bathtub, the water was rust colored but after running for a few minutes it was clear. The TV stations didn't come in clear enough to watch so basically no tv. The bed was comfortable. Everyone was very nice. "
"The staff were wonderful at check in. The room was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The room was cool and pretty dark when it was time to sleep. The room doors do slam pretty hard, and that can wake you up. The smores nights in the courtyard was nice. The pool was clean and not too deep. The place was very family friendly. Arcade was okay, a little pricey for what it was. I wish the buffet breakfast was included in the cost of the room, it was $16 per adult and about $10-$12 per kid. The restaurants there had good desserts and drinks(we didn’t have a meal there) The area was great easy access to a lot of things. Perfect family resort. Would definitely go back."
