  • This cozy vacation home is located on a beautiful nature plot in the popular tourist area Holmsland Klit. High dunes and heath landscapes characterize this unique area between the sea and the fjord around the house. Depending on the season and temperature, you can enjoy 40 km of beach for walking, sunbathing or surfing. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms, living room and open kitchen. In the living room there is a wood stove, which quickly creates warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The bright bathroom has a shower. In the living room you will find a TV that can only play content with Chromecast. The house is located directly between the two popular towns of Søndervig and Hvide Sande. Both cities are worth a visit and offer many different activities, stores, restaurants, sights and much more.

Liebevolles authentisches Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, authentischen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön – ruhig, mitten in den Dünen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Abschalten und Durchatmen ein.Das Haus ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet – perfekt für alle, die ein einfaches, naturnahes Ferienerlebnis suchen. Besonders die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur haben wir sehr geschätzt.Es gab auch kleine Abstriche – so war die Toilette gelegentlich verstopft, was etwas lästig war. Aber das hat unserem Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch getan.Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir in vollen Zügen genossen haben. Wir haben das Häuschen und die Umgebung geliebt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nettes Ferienhaus in recht guter Lage. Positiv: gut ausgestattet bis hin zur Wallbox für Elektroautos. Negativ: winziges Bad, die meisten Möbel (incl. Einbauküche) sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. die beiden Ledersessel sind eher "unappetitlich" und müssen dringen ersetzt werden. Terassentür und Haustür klemmen teilweise sehr stark.

Gemütliches Haus

Sehr schön gelegenes Häuschen Top Lage mit Blick auf den Leuchtturm sehr ruhig! Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen jedoch sauber und funktional. Aktuelle Fotos würden das neue Sofa zeigen und eine Spülmaschine wäre für den Komfort sehr schön. Das winzige Bad wurde fliesentechnisch erneuert, so dass die vorherigen schlechten Bewertungen in Bezug auf Schimmel etc. nicht dem aktuellen guten Zustand entsprechen. Mit 3-4 Personen (inkl. 2 Kinder/Jugendliche) ist das Haus für eine kleine Auszeit gemütlich, mit 6 Personen eindeutig zu klein und wäre sehr wahrscheinlich stressig! Wir hatten mit 3 Personen jedenfalls Spass und Erholung.

Einfache Unterkunft

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, etwas abgewohnt, aber das ist vermutlich bei vielen Ferienwohnungen so. Alles funktioniert - zweckmäßig eben. Aber nicht mehr. Das Bad ist sehr einfach, Warmwasser reicht für eine Dusche. Wenn man alleine oder zu zweit ist, geht es. Schöne Terrasse, aber uralte Liegestühle, auf denen man nicht sitzen möchte, auch keine Auflagen für diese Stühle. Schade. Leicht verwildertes Grundstück. TV nur über Internet - d.h. Netflix oder deutsche Mediatheken, die im Ausland nicht alle Inhalte zeigen dürfen.

Natur pur

Trotz einer Ferienhausansammlung fühlten wir uns rundum wohl. Das Haus hat genügend Absatnd zu Nachbarn, so dass man sich herrlich entspannen kann. EIne tolle Terrasse, viel Platz im Wohn- und Küchenbereich. Einfach toll. Eine Waschmaschine wäre noch wünschenswert ... sonst alles da und mit ca. 10 min Fußmarsch zum Strand Topp. Der Leuchtturm immer in Scihtweite :-)
