Everyone will surely enjoy gathering in the beautiful kitchen. It is open to the dining table and the large living room with fireplace and beautiful ceiling beams. Large windows allow plenty of light inside and at the same time a beautiful view of the dunes. The bedrooms are divided into two areas with corresponding bathrooms. Adjacent to the living room, separated by a glass wall, is the pool room with sauna and shower. The living room and pool room open onto terraces equipped with garden furniture, one of which is fenced. Beautiful surroundings and modern conveniences characterize this vacation home. Das Haus ist von der Lage direkt hinter der Düne perfekt. Die Wege über die Düne zum Strand sind teilweise sehr steil und beschwerlich. Ausdauer zwingend erforderlich! Zwei Dinge sind negativ zu bewerten.In dem Nebenraum zum Pool ist kein Bodenabfluss. Hier läuft man ständig her, wenn man vom Pool in die Dusche will oder andersherum. Dadurch steht dort immer das Wasser und man muss es jedesmal aufwischen, um nicht ständig eine große Pfütze in dem Raum zu haben.Die Abfallentsorgung hat uns sehr gestört, da die Vormieter die Abfallbehälter komplett voll hinterlassen haben und in unserem Mietzeitraum nur einer von zwei Abfallbehältern geleert wurden. Einstellen sollte man sich auch auf den Sand, der überall ist. Egal wie oft man die Füsse abtritt oder die Schlappen wechselt, der Sand ist überall im Haus. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Eingang könnte besser geebnet sein um ihn dann auch sandfrei halten zu können. Ansonsten waren wir, eine Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen plus ein Kleinkind, sehr zufrieden. Der Pool war immer warm, fast schon zu warm. Die Terassenmöbel sind bequem und vielseitig. Sauberkeit im Haus gut, hinten im Vorraum der Sauna (gleichzeitig Duschbereich für das Schwimmbad) hätte besser sein können.Sand ist überall im Haus, aber bei der Lage wäre alles andere Illusion gewesen. Die Dünen sind nur ca. 50m entfernt vom Haus und das Meer ca. 100m. Etwas Schimmel im Bad/Pool und Spinnweben an der Decke waren nicht so schön. Dies ist jedoch mit ein paar Handgriffen beseitigt. Für 8 bis max. 10 Erwachsene Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Mehr dürften es jedoch nicht sein, da die hoch gelegenen Betten ziemlich umständlich zu erreichen sind. (Holzleitern) Mit Sand in der Wohnung muss man sich abfinden können. Bei der Lage direkt in den Dünen, ist das aber nicht verwunderlich. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Woche.
