Gemütliche Einrichtung mit viel Holz inklusive Südterrasse. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war in Ordnung, Kühlschlrank wurde vor kurzem erneuert. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund) haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Außerlich ist bald ein neuer Anstrich fällig. Der Eingangsbereich inklusive Haustür benötigt eine Renovierung (Beschlagring löste sich beim Öffnen). Die Befestigung des Waschmaschinendeckels ist schadhaft (Riss in der Plastikverkleidung). Der Drehschalter der Spülmaschine muss nach der Vorwäsche erneut betätigt werden, sonst bleibt das Programm stehen. Reinigungszustand der Wohnung bei Bezug einwandfrei. ##### Torsten G.
