The interior is well designed, with modern appliances, a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable king bed. The added bonus is the second full bathroom - which felt like a luxury in itself! The hosts were extremely welcoming, picking us up from ferry and dropping us back off after checkout. Best of all, Mirko also runs the local President Beach - just 3mins away on food - and guests at his apartment get free sun beds instead of the usual 15/20EUR per day. Location-wise, it is an easy 15min walk to the town center, but with beach clubs and grocery options nearby. Honestly, the perfect location given how busy and noisy the town center can get at night. An unbelievable stay - this property is based in a prime location, just be the seafront and at the right angle to catch the sunset too. My girlfriend and I had the most incredible stay here - big open space, clean, everything you could want and need (including too separate bathrooms, which even had Molton Brown!). The hosts were available and always on hand, helping with everything and communicating through Whatsapp. For the cost, this is incredible value for money.
