The locks were not working well the rooms smell musty and the bathroom was not so clean, towels were less I was not please at all. Breakfast was what you paid for. My husband is a gold member and it did not make a difference. Very disappointed

Very poor water pressure. Heater had a burnt smell when used. Indoor pool out of service. Breakfast was sub par. We will not be staying here again. Very disappointed.

Shower had black mold. Sink missing stopper. Satellite TV kept having a card read error and would need to be reset. Carpet stained. Walls damaged. Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. Employees very friendly.

I came to Hutto for a sleep study so I really can't comment on the night, but I was able to relax from my drive and had a place to shower the gel out of my hair and have a light breakfast before driving home

Swimming pool was not open! Elevator was broken and were told we should have received an email and never did. However we were given a room on 1st floor which was good. Thanks!! I rated an 8 all because no pool! I will definitely stay again though. It was convenient for where I needed to be. By the way the toilet seat was also broken in our bathroom.

The facility was nice but because I booked the room through Expedia I was not informed that the pool that we hoped our granddaughter would enjoy was under construction and closed

Everything was fine except our TV had to stay on one channel the whole time. The one remote was missing and the blue tooth wouldn’t connect. So that was pretty annoying and they were fully booked so they couldn’t move us.

Hotel was nice and well located for our purposes. Beds comfy, room with everything we needed. The staff was amazing, nice, engaging, and informative. Breakfast was delicious with several options. Would definitely stay here again.

The room I was in was VERY dark and there was some trash from the prior guest that was still there, including an empty sushi container. There was also what sounded like an entire highschool football team partying on my floor that night and their coach started banging on everyone's doors, including mine at 6am yelling for people to wake up.
