I’ve stayed at this location at least 7 times now this year traveling back and forth between Texas and Minnesota to care for family. I have never been disappointed with my stay here. it’s in a great safe location, is extremely clean and always comfortable beds no matter the room I’ve been in. I highly recommend staying here.

Disgusting that's probably all you need to know. Bathtub/shower was filthy, fire/smoke alarm missing (none whatsoever in the room), electrical outlets were dead or the protective plate was missing, smelled like cigarette smoke, HVAC heater/air conditioner was unusable because it smelled like a dead rat when turned on. Not enough towels, no ice, no hangars, no coffee or cups, and not enough light in the room. No staff spoke English. Mattress was comfortable and water was hot.

The hotel clerk was a very nice woman who did not speak English so she used her phone to communicate with me. She tried her best to help the situation. I had a big problem with the condition of the room. The sheets were dirty and the door was in bad condition and only had one lock. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. The location was scary and it looked as though several men lived there. Tried to get a refund but owner would not comply.
