Sehr komfortabel für uns ist auch der Terrassen- und Gartenbereich, welcher von außen gesondert begehbar und abschließbar ist. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr entspannt und auch aufschlussreich; alle notwengen Infos und Services kompetent zur Hand. Einzig die Bettmatratzen waren uns deutlich zu weich. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und haben die Abende auf der schönen Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Fahrradkeller unterstellen, dort wäre eine Steckdose wünschenswert. Unser Auto stand geschützt unter dem Carport. Der Grundriss ist durchdacht, die Ausstattung in allen Bereichen sehr hochwertig, alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Der Binnenhafen ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, wir haben das Auto im Carport geparkt und nur für Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung genutzt, alles andere zu Fuß und mit dem Rad (abgeschlossener Fahrradkeller ist ja auch vorhanden). Auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein, wenn auch der Blick auf die Carports und den Bauhof der Stadtwerke nicht der schönste ist. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigem Geschirr in mehr als ausreichender Menge ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet.
