Copper Rock Golf Course is located within close proximity of many of the gorgeous sights that Southern Utah has to offer! Spend your days hiking at Zion National Park, only a 30-minute scenic drive from this townhome! Zion offers numerous trails for hiking, biking, and sightseeing with trails ranging from beginner to more advanced for hikers of all levels to explore. We recommend getting to Zion early in the day, as parking can be difficult based on the season and demand.
Sand Hollow State Park is another local attraction that allows guests to camp, fish, and participate in water sports like boating and paddleboarding on the gorgeous reservoir. The most noticeable feature of Sand Hollow is the extensive sand dunes located right next to the park. Here, you'll find locals and tourists alike enjoying a day on the dunes with their off-road recreational vehicles like jeeps, motocross bikes, and ATVs. Many of these are available to rent at the state park as well as local adventure centers (we recommend Southern Utah Adventure Center in Hurricane, UT).

This property was what it says and more. The game room is fun for all ages, the massage chair which I could of spent the whole weekend in, and the soak I took in the hot tub was wonderful.

Beautiful house, great experience!
Beautiful appointed house with well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We had 8 people and a toddler and had plenty of room for everyone. The spa was hot and ready to go. Great views from the roof as well. The massage chair was a surprise and a big hit with everyone! Easy access in and out. Would definitely come back again!

This house and location was perfect for us! Waking up and seeing the mountains all around was our favorite part. The design of the house was well thought through and the host was easy to communicate to. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, comfortable stay
Our family stayed three nights at this new property, which was clean and comfortable. It is stocked with the basics, although we also lacked kitchen towels as another review mentioned. The rooftop hot tub was fantastic after some hard hikes in Zion, and the views from there are amazing at sunset. The neighborhood is still under development with considerable construction traffic. Overall this was a beautiful property and a good vacation rental experience.

5 day Trip to Zion
This is a beautiful home and brand new. I give it 4.5 stars overall. The house is very clean and the roof hot tub is beautiful in the evenings. After hiking all day it was a life saver. There are three true bedrooms. The fourth is the very large master closet converted into a double bunk area, it works fine and adjoins to the master bath. We had no hot water in the kitchen during our stay, but the bathrooms did so it was ok, we just used the dishwasher as much as possible. The beds were very comfortable! There were a few items not stocked yet.. corkscrew, kitchen towels, blender, grill brush, lighter for the grill .... I think the house is so new they just hadn’t stock everything yet. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this home. Easy 35 min. Drive to Zion National Park.
