"So I booked the ocean view but they made us wait a while day to move there and initially put us in a standard. Also very racist. No complimentary cookies or even smile for us but was super nice to people if this country. Breakfast says free . But it's not. "

Finally after several exhausting attempts to talk to live person and many searches on right number, I spoke to someone. They informed me they had to email property and wait for response. Istill have not received my refund and if it is not done today I will be doing 1 star reviews on Hotel.com on every platform I can. The whole experience was nightmare. ☆After two weeks of hassle and disputes hotels.com has not returned my payment. This is not right as the hotel did not charge me . This is right out robery "

Staff were all very nice, the location perfect, but the the hotel itself is a sketchy dump. 1 out of 10, would not recommended. "
