Both check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. Very elegant and comfortable. However, they refused to give me breakfast even though it said on.expedia website that breakfast is included. When i insisted they started bargaining with me saying that i.need to pay extra person charges that weren't mentioned before if i want full service. They were very rude and unproffessional.
