On the ground floor of Brisal we have a store/cafeteria called Costkito, where you can buy items and food from Costco.

We also have a pharmacy.

On the fourth floor, our rooftop awaits you, home to the highest pool in all of Sisal, a space designed for you to disconnect, relax and enjoy a view that you won't find anywhere else in town.

Here you'll find comfortable sun loungers and chairs to relax in the sun, plus a 360° panoramic view: in front, the sea with its calm breeze; and in the back, the marsh where you can see flamingos resting before taking flight at sunset.

We also have a covered area built with local wood, perfect for reading, having a coffee or simply enjoying the atmosphere at a leisurely pace.

It is a unique spot where you can experience Sisal from the highest point.

Check-in is completely self-service using a smart lock. The night before your arrival, we'll send you your personal access code, along with clear instructions for easy entry.

The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.

During your stay you will have full access to the apartment and also to our shared rooftop, where you can enjoy the highest pool in Sisal and spectacular views of the town, the swamp and the sea.

We want you to enjoy a hassle-free stay, so we chose a location that makes everything easier. Our apartment is on the main street of Sisal, a very quiet and safe area where you can walk everywhere: the beach, the pier, cafes, restaurants, shops, and more. The ADO bus stop is just a few meters away.

You don't need a car or bicycle to get around. If you do bring a car, please let us know so we can point you to streets where parking is usually available.
