This has always been my first choice whenever I stay in Huntsville. I absolutely love the hotel from the staff to the amenities, parking convenience. It is always a pleasure speaking with the staff from Sarah, Constance, Dalton, Greg and I think her name is Leah. They all make me feel welcomed. Can’t wait to visit again. I like the parking space and its availability. I did not like the dust hidden in the corners of the bedrooms, under the couch and drawers, and the dust I had to clean out the dryer before initial use. Also, the ice tray in the freezer was dirty, but the refrigerator was clean. I like how quiet and peaceful it was at night to sleep and how clean and soft the bed was. The hotel was at a good location so I can travel to my destinations quickly. Would recommend this hotel with some constructive criticism.
