Great location
Perfect for us. Location is exactly what we wanted. So much more comfortable than being in a hotel room. We had space move and enjoy ourselves. Was our first vrbo experience. Dont expect it to be our last.

False advertisement
We opened the front door to the smell of old smoker odor. Went to look at 3 bedroom two bath but found only two beds.Dirty dishes in dishwasher and no batteries in smoke detectors. Sent message to owner as no number to call them and no information on WiFi code.Did not get response until next day after we went and got blow up bed and linens as there were 5 adults.The response was very rude saying it was TWO bedroom and why did we need more linens as they left enough for us .No extra blanket or towels .4 towels 4 washcloths.Clearly they had never rented before as there was no information on opening or closing the house,I got closing house information after we were gone .I have rented quite a few VRBO and never had such poor communication with owner.The house itself was average in subdivision . Outside trash bin was overflowing when we got there and central heat/cooling was off so place was very stuffy and old smoke odor cling on you, ,none of us smoke, Only good was it was close to terminal family members home so we could visit They need to correct the ad I would not have rented but it was supposed to have slept all 5 of us

Good for a Huntsville Trip
Nice little house and very clean. Worked for our Huntsville/Tennessee weekend. I was a little disappointed in the sleeping arrangements. The ad says it sleeps 6, but there is only 2 beds and a couch(one bedroom is empty). That was kind of a stretch for our group of 4. Reasonable price for the area.

Great Location to Everything!
The house was great and it was close enough to Huntsville and Fayetteville, TN which is exactly what we needed. Communciation was great and it was easy to book and checkin. Thank you!!
