*** This property is a licensed short term rental accommodation by the Town Of Huntsville. The applicable MAT (municipal accommodation tax) is collected and remitted as part of your reservation. Those fees are included within the nightly rate
**** The Hydrapool Spa is optional to use during your stay. A one time Sanitization Fee of $300 is added to all applicable bookings that request access. The service will be completed prior to the associated reservation.
