A jewel any time of the year, welcome to the **NEWLY UPDATED** Lakeside Mountain Retreat.

This family-friendly getaway has all the comforts of home, located only steps away from Pineview Reservoir in Lakeside Village and minutes from three world-class ski resorts—Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley.

The Space
This 2400 sq ft townhome has three levels with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, all stocked with bed and bath linens. On the main level you will find a large, comfortable living room and very well-equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of spices, cooking oils, and convenience products and the bathrooms come with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The townhome has its own private hot tub and barbeque grill on the deck, just off the dining area.

Kids will love playing in their own bonus rec room with 4.5” ceilings. Other amenities include Wi-fi, washer and dryer with detergent and a one-car garage. Additional parking is available in the common area and boat parking is available for an additional fee, upon request.

This getaway has big screen TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, with additional TVs in the additional rooms, all with access to internet and streaming services.

We are a no smoking, vaping or pets townhome – please take care of the home as you would your own.

Community amenities include an outdoor heated pool and kiddie pool (open from Memorial Day - Labor Day), large community hot tub (open year round), two tennis courts, basketball court, gym equipment and a trail leading to Pineview Reservoir.

Winter
During the Winter season, you can take advantage of our three local ski resorts, located only 10 minutes from Snowbasin, 15 minutes from Nordic Valley, and 25 minutes from Power Mountain. In addition to local ski resorts, local recreation includes snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and hiking.

Spring/Summer/Fall
The Spring, Summer and Fall months are filled with golfing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and sailing or boating on Pineview Reservoir (depending on the temperature), and provide guests with a getaway to be immersed in the surrounding landscapes during our beautiful seasons.

Boating weekend with family

We loved this property. Everything was so clean and new inside. The beds were all comfortable. Lots of space in the living room and kitchen. Very responsive with questions. Also the pool and tennis courts were so fun and not busy at all. Loved the easy boat launch located right by us too. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Huntsville home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the essentials (and then some). Everything was clearly labeled, which made it easy to settle in right away. The home felt warm, inviting, and truly “homey.” The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living spaces made it easy to relax and enjoy time together.The location couldn’t have been better—quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes away from Snowbasin and Pineview Reservoir. We loved waking up to the gorgeous mountain views and spending evenings out on the deck, watching the sunset and catching a glimpse of the lake.One of the best surprises was the secret door leading to a game room that our family absolutely loved—it was such a fun touch! We could walk right down to the beach, or take a short drive to Cemetery Point where we rented a pontoon boat and jet skis—so convenient and so much fun. After a day on the water, soaking in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind.The hosts were excellent—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly take great pride in making sure guests have a top-notch experience.We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, and this one stands out as one of the very best. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Huntsville area and would absolutely stay here again!!

could easily be better

clean and spacious but several issues: hot tub way too chlorinated-burning eyes from the fumes dishwasher not mounted to underside of counter, and utensil basket broken kitchen knives terribly dull with no way to sharpen them. very poorly stocked. A salt shaker, but no pepper! and no other staples. Very few chairs, just those at the dining table, and no tables other than the dining room table

Perfect location and plenty of space

We came with another family to ski Snow Basin and Powder a mountain. The accessibility to Snow Basin is amazing, and Eden and other mountains are within 20 minutes. The house is spaced out perfectly for 2 families. Ours went upstairs (one kid in bedroom, other in closet bed which was so comfy and cute). The second family was comfortable downstairs and their kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We had a couple door and dishwasher issues, but the owner was SO fast to respond and got us out of the pickle immediately. The lake was only 3 minutes away and we all did a polar plunge on the last day! My only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. The dishes and kitchen were all pretty dusty so we had to do a quick clean, but I bet we were the first visitors of the season, so we understood. Great place. Will definitely visit again!

Location

The property has been recently remodeled and is supplied with everything you may need. Getting theree from SLC Airport is a breeze along with the quick drive to Snowbasin. Logistically it doesn't get much better. Very clean, spacious, and nice. A couple reasons for not giving 5 stars overall - lack of smoke detectors. Almost all sans 1 or 2 smoke detecors have been removed. Normally it isn't something we'd notice, but we were quite shocked and truly wonder about the safety for sure and legality? Super easy fix. Second would be the hot tub on the patio. It really only fits two adults comfortably or 2 adults and a small child. I'm sure there are restrictions on the size and weight given it is on a 2nd story deck, but could be slightly bigger. The water wasn't the cleanest either being tinted green and smelly. The flip side is there is a very large and clean community hot tub about a 75 second walk from the front door, so there are options. Overall if back in the area we'd definitely stay here again.

wonderful condo and great location

We've stayed at this condo for many years and it's great. Lots of comfortable beds and space for the whole family and then some. We enjoy the pool and hot tub as well as the lawn area with a great view of the reservoir. And the beach access is great for kayaking and enjoying the water. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Coming from a germaphobe, this condo was so clean! We had a great time gathering with long distance friends and family. We were a short walk from the lake and got to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July. The views of the rolling hills were breath taking as well. We are already planning anotger get together with our family for next year and definitely want to stay with the same rental hosts!

Couldn’t be better.

Brady was an excellent host, and his home is one of the best layed out and thought out home we have ever rented. So many little details made this home perfect for our ski trip with 8 guys from work. Plenty of private space ans all amenities including the hot tub worked perfectly. I would gladly recommend this home and if we ever come back this way, we will be booking this place again.

A great place for our family to gather, and even enough room for extended family to come for games, food, and fun. The property manager was amazing. His response time to questions was prompt and very helpful. Check in and out was easier than a hotel. Location is terrific. We will definitely come back.

Great Location and space to spread out

Great spot! We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable. The location is quiet. The bedrooms are nice and roomy with a TV in each room and four bathrooms. We did enjoy the pool and pool table in the community area. We also enjoyed the hot tub off the deck of the unit. The kids (2 & 5) really enjoyed the play "loft". We thought it was a regular play room until we opened the door. The kids thought it was fun. Very unique. Just have to keep a close eye on them so they didn't fall. HA! We were a little low on towels, but at least there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall, great stay.

Organized and family friendly

We loved how well organized this home is. There are labels on light switches, cupboards, and drawers. The things you need are provided: toilet paper, a roll of paper towel, an unopened new sponge, clean dishtowels. We always appreciate when the basics are just there and ready for you. There is lots of space to spread out, many beds to accommodate guests, etc. Not a con, just an FYI, this home is a townhouse style, so there are lots of steps (carpeted and manageable) but might be hard if you have elderly people traveling with you. We just had a family with teens & tweens so it was fine for us.

Great location for Snowbasin!

My family and I stayed here over winter break to ski at Snowbasin. The property manager was really wonderful and easy to get a hold of for checking in and throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and the hot tub worked great! Our only issues were a window rattle (that we managed to stop after one bad night’s sleep) and poor WiFi. Both of these concerns were easily communicated to Brady, who was willing to help us with both issues. We were about an10 minute drive from the ski resort and a 15 minute drive from Ogden for supplies like groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

We loved this property. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and is very well kept and clean. Brady was responsive and answered queries quickly, though I had to ask for the check-in information the day before our arrival. He did respond quickly once I asked for it. I assumed, from the details online, that the townhouse was closer to the beach than it was. It was a bit of a hike to get to an easy access point. Still, it was nice to have a relatively uncrowded beach to use that had actual sand rather than rocks.
