Sea Vista is a spacious, detached property in sought after Old Hunstanton offering some of the best sea views in Norfolk. Just a stone's throw away from the pristine beach, eternal sand dunes, and prestigious golf club, this newly decorated luxurious haven promises unforgettable experiences.  
  
Taking full advantage of the seaside location, Sea Vista's living areas are all found on the first floor, offering guests unimpeded views over the golf club, the sand dunes and onwards towards the sea. Ascending to the first floor, you are greeted by the open plan kitchen and dining room. This area is the perfect base from which to plan the day ahead, or to simply relax and take in the view. Moving into the stylish sitting room which has been furnished with plush seating for twelve guests and a large Smart television, ensuring the perfect setting for leisurely evenings. Step out onto the first floor balcony, offering additional seating and dining space, allowing guests to soak in the captivating views.  
  
Boasting six bedrooms and four bathrooms, this generous property can comfortably look after large, multi-generation groups. With two bathrooms on each floor, the needs of larger groups have been well catered for. Most bedrooms offer a super-king size beds and all have been dressed to the same high standard.  
  
Outside, the enclosed garden sets the stage for gatherings and activities, allowing children and dogs to play in safety. The summer house and outdoor furniture beckon you to unwind and savour the sounds of the coast. Ample off-road parking for three cars and additional roadside parking ensures that parking will never be a problem. Nearby the golf club, the beach and the coastal path are all within a three minute walk of the doorstep. With fabulous dining options all within walking distance.
