"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."

"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. I want to send special thank for kind help and effort to personnel Ivanna and Malique.They were perfect people. But I had a very very bad restaurant experince . The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. "Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet. "

T3 Budget Zwickau

4/10 Poor

"The hotel was bad even by the standard of these budget hotels. The worst thing was that the reception was closed and I couldn’t check in after 10 pm even though they were happy to take my booking after 10 pm. Then a very grumpy lady came out to check me in. It wasn’t her fault, it’s the way the system was designed, but it was unpleasant for me, I was on the road for the whole day and was tired and wanted to sleep but I had to deal with how do I get in and then she if that woman had not come out and helped me I would have had to find another place."
