Please know that while Palmas del Mar is a nice resort with the Wyndham hotel literally next door, there is nothing to do nearby except go to the pool and the beach. All of your touristy type activities (and restaurants!) are going to be in or near San Juan, which is about an hour away. So be sure to rent a car. The only restaurant within walking distance was Trova at the Wyndham (which was good, thankfully). But if you're blessed with nice weather (and we were!) you will have a lovely time. ##### Sonya B.
