"The bed frame underneath the mattress (wood strips) are broken making the mattress sink in. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE… also no ironing board. When I emailed the host, wanted me to confirm about the ironing board. But didn’t mention anything about the bed which is very unprofessional. The bed has screws showing like they tried to fix the issue in the pass. "

It was a bit different than our impression from the listing as it was in a subdivision with houses right next to it on both sides. Not that this was so bad but for some reason I had thought it was gonna be a bit more secluded. "Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay! "
