Everything was wonderful! I appreciated that we were able to get into our room as soon as it was ready, since we'd had an early day of travel and were hoping to take a quick nap before starting our trip. Our hotel room was tidy and spacious. I loved that we had a space to place our luggage as well as plenty of closet space. The security helped make the space feel extra safe, even though La Condesa is already an incredibly safe and walkable area. I recommend checking out Mendl Delicatessen nearby! The only downside was having our room be on the fourth floor and walking up those flights of stairs after long days. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

The hotel was amazing and very safe, featuring a wonderful staff, delicious food, and a perfect location within walking distance of popular spots. From day one, every staff member—including the front desk, waiters, bellhops, maintenance, housekeeping, drivers, etc, etc, greeted us with a warm smile and was always happy to help. Hope to be back soon.
