The Island in the Sun 🌞 Alpe d'Huez🎿🏔 Cozy & Comfortable

  • Charming, brand-new 26-square-meter apartment.

    The Balcons de la Sagne residence offers peace and quiet and a view.

    Completely renovated in late 2020, we’ve gone all out to create a true haven.

    The apartment is comfortably furnished, and nothing has been left to chance.

    It is located on the lower ground floor and features a balcony. Free on-site parking

    You can reach the resort centre on foot (a 15-minute walk uphill and a 10-minute walk downhill), where you can catch the shuttle less than 100 metres from the apartment. You can ski right out the door.

    The €55 administrative fee covers the concierge service.

    The apartment must be left in the same clean condition as when you arrived, with the beds unmade. Cleaning supplies are provided.

    The rate includes the rental of bed linens, household linens, and one bath towel per person.

    All you have to do is unpack your bags
