Cottage among the slopes

In the heart of the Alpe d'Huez ski area and at the foot of the tracks, this recently built cottage offers an accommodation for 14 people over three levels.

The middle floor offers a lounge with a very well equipped open-plan kitchen, a corner wood stove, a living room, a television corner, and a large, south-facing terrace. The upper floor features three bedrooms for two people each, as well as a bathroom. Downstairs, there is a dormitory for eight people, a bathroom, a garage, a ski storage room, an entry hall, and storage cupboards. The ski lifts are located 50 m away from the chalet, and you can come back skiing to the foot of the cottage. Those who don’t like skiing, can start their hikes near the cottage. The ski resort is 3 km away: a shuttle bus can take you there, and once arrived you will find all the shops, restaurants, discotheques, cinemas, and more.

Great location, home from home

Great communication with the owner. Very well equipped for a large group. Very comfortable and cosy with good space for evening dinner and socialising. Location is brilliant with wonderful views and easy access to easy piste down to Les Bergers.

Lieu idéal pour un séjour skis aux pieds en famille

Nous avons séjournée à trois familles dans ce très beau chalet. Situé idéalement à l'Altiport non loin de l'esf et au pied des pites. Tout le confort y est : une très grande pièce de vie, une cuisine hyper équipée, deux salons confort, un garage pour stocker le matériel de skis, un dortoir pour les enfants et trois chambres parentales, deux salles de bains... Proprios super dispos par mail. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

un super chalet

Un accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire et de sa fille, qui mettent de suite à l'aise. C'est un chalet que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Beaucoup de charme avec une grande pièce de vie, une cuisine ultra bien équipée (ce qui est rare), une ambiance cocooning autour du poêle cheminée,de belles chambres et c'est un chalet très bien situé pour les skieurs. Vous êtes à 50 m de la piste. La navette passe également à proximité. Vous avez tout à disposition et on se sent très rapidement comme chez soi. Je recommande fortement.

Beau chalet dans un site grandiose

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce chalet meublé de façon très personnalisé (un vrai sweet home), sa cuisine sur-équipée, et sa vue magnifique et dégagée à 360° sur les montagnes. Sans compter le départ et retour ski au pied. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Really great chalet - excellent location, well equipped, amazing views

We’ve just had a great holiday for half term in this chalet! We were 6 adults and 9 children (4-12years), and the chalet accommodated us very comfortably. It was warm and very well equipped with plenty of hot water and great kitchen facilities. Views are stunning! Very easy access to the slopes, a 20meter walk at most (less if fresh snow on the driveway!). It’s a blue & green run back to the chalet. We loved it here and would have no hesitation recommending it. Communication with the owners has been great too.

belle location mais...

Les m² et les équipements annoncés sont bien là, le chalet est super bien situé mais les prestations ne sont pas celles attendues pour ce type de location : la propreté était limite (poussières sous et sur les lits, bouteilles de bière vides dans le salon, lave-vaisselle vide mais moisi). La location n'avait sûrement pas été louée les semaines avant notre arrivée mais est-ce une raison ??... Les relations avec les propriétaires ont été moyennes : mauvaise adresse d'envoi du chèque des arrhes sur le contrat de location (paiement de frais d'opposition sans aucune proposition pour les déduire du solde), personne à notre arrivée (même pas un appel), découverte du chalet seuls (clé sous le paillasson), lave-vaisselle au fonctionnement aléatoire (coup dur à 11 personnes !), télé par internet pas toujours au rendez-vous et départ un peu "sauvage" sans avoir eu de consignes orales ou, a minima, un appel ... Très surprenant que pour un tel bien et à un tel prix de location, aussi peu d'attentions ou d'accompagnement de la part des propriétaires. En tous cas, jamais une telle perception lors de nos autres locations !! En un mot : dommage...

Beautiful, well equipped chalet in a fantastic location

We have just returned from our week's stay in this chalet and are already considering going back there next year. There were 11 in our party - 5 adults and 6 children. The layout of the chalet was really practical with all the children downstairs in bunk beds with their own shower room and toilet downstairs. Then there's a really lovely living space, with large dining table and very well laid out kitchen and utility room. The views from every window are stunning. Then upstairs there are 3 lovely bedroom and a good bathroom. There's a garage downstairs to store all your kit with a bench to sit on and do up your boots! It's a one minute walk to the piste. I would highly recommend this chalet to anyone.

Beau chalet familial

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à 11 (6 adultes et 5 enfants). Le chalet est très grand et parfaitement équipé pour recevoir un grand nombre de personnes. La pièce à vivre est lumineuse et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique; elle est surtout très grande et joliment décorée. Le départ et l'arrivée à ski se fait à quelques mètres du chalet et les cours ESF sont accessibles en quelques minutes de descente facile. Les non skieurs ont également appréciés la proximité et la facilité des navettes gratuites pour se rendre dans le centre de la station. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine.

Nous avons passé un we fort agréable dans ce chalet Tres confortable, lumineux, ce chalet est tres bien équipé. Il s' agit d'un chalet de famille et cela est important: il y a une vraie ambiance, ce n'est pas un chalet fait uniquement pour la location. Parfaitement situé pour les balades et les sorties velo. Nos contacts téléphoniques avec la propriétaire ont ete très cordiaux. Nous recommandons ce chalet
