La cuisine est bien équipée. Je tiens à préciser que l'agence demande aux locataires de couper le compteur d'électricité à la sortie. En sachant que la semaine précédente (au moins) l'appartement n'était pas occupé, nous sommes entrés dans un appartement où il faisait 11°C en fin d'après-midi, et toujours 13 ° le lendemain matin. Une des responsables de l'agence nous a fait comprendre, de manière hautaine, qu'ils ne pouvaient pas rallumer les chauffages avant l'arrivée des clients... ça ne les choque pas que l'appartement puisse être à 11 ° donc ... il me semblait que cela faisait partie de leur travail, mais rien ne sera fait pour changer ça, soyez prévenus. De plus, sur le site d'abritel, l'annonce pour la taille du lit est fausse (il est marqué 135 au lieu de 160 cm), nous les avons prévenus car nos draps prévus étaient trop petits. Ils nous ont prêté des draps puisque l'annonce est fausse, mais nous ont fait comprendre que c'était une faveur puisque sur leur site à eux, l'annonce est juste. Certes, mais il faut gérer tous les sites d'annonces, et surtout je constate que l'annonce n'est toujours pas modifiée. A la place du propriétaire je ne serais pas satisfaite de la gestion de mon appartement, et pour les locataires, ce sont des embarras (qui laissent un goût amère) mal gérés par l'agence qui ne tolère pas qu'on demande un dédommagement, et non un avoir pour un futur séjour avec leur agence, sur un service pourtant non complet (un appartement à 11 °, il manque une partie du service !). Je ne repasserai pas par cette agence donc ... dommage, l'appartement était bien. ##### Antoine P.
