Floors not properly cleaned. 5 minutes walking in the room and my son's feet were black underneath. Property is poorly maintained, which is a pity, as one can see that the original furniture and fittings were expensive and durable, but it is not cared for well. Don't stay on x01 (eg. 501) as it is next to the elevator shaft.
