I was told this common in vietnam!!’.. no it is not! Staff were friendly and super accommodating when we had to check-in late due to a delayed bus. To visit the kings' family graves, you need to use Grab bike or car. You can also hire car with driver for a reasonable price. Room is not good but managed. Good wifi and hot water.
