They gave us a lot of information, gave us a spacious and clean room. The hotel is located very central with walking distance to the Imperial city. Even after checkout when we had a night train, they offered us a chance to shower. Booked all our tours and transportation through them. Paid for a balcony room. However me and my dad wanted to be on the same floor so I down graded to a smaller room with little lights. The shower is placed so the water is all over the toilets and floor. There were ants on our first day in my room. Had to ask for an ants spray. Then the next day, I saw a dead cockroach on the floor. I was told this common in vietnam!!’.. no it is not! To visit the kings' family graves, you need to use Grab bike or car. You can also hire car with driver for a reasonable price. Room is not good but managed. Good wifi and hot water.
