The hotel receptionist "Anh" was helpful - she helped to carry up my luggage\* ((\* I am in my mid 60's.) to our room on the 4th floor as the hotel has no lift and responded promptly to our request for an additional piece of soap. A lot of restaurants and cafes and shops are located nearby. There are two computers for the use of hotel guests(FOC). The hotel is basic but room was clean and confortable. However the hotel advertises Wifi but the internet does not work in any of the rooms! The receptionist told us we could have breakfast anytime before 12, but when we asked for breakfast at 11am they then told us they stop serving breakfast at 10am. We then booked a nightbus to our next destination via the hotel, the bus was picking us up at 5pm but we had to check out at 12pm, we then asked if we could have a room until 5pm and pay half of the fee which has never been an issue in any other hotel. They out rightly refused to offer us any kind of room or even a shower that is needed before a 14hour bus journey. She kept saying the rooms were fully booked, when there was not one other customer arrived throughout our stay.
