They immediately helped us with our luggage. My, Thao, Hien and Ann and the other staff helped us with everything we needed from breakfast to sorting out our visa extension. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and their service was absolutely great. The hotel owner who was finding it hard to speak english was trying express how welcome we are which I think was an absolute plus. She made sure that we were treated well and even took a photo with me. We were meant to order one meal for the free breakfast but they told us we can order as many as possible as all their guest are special to them. Ville gerne hjælp os med at få et godt ophold i Hue, også uden at vi skulle købe ture af dem.
