"This really is a lovely hotel, the room large airy and light filled. Really well located . My small criticism was that the garden bar was not readily open for a quick coffee during the day Staff were really helpful when the Heritage HD2 train from da Nang arrived before check in time"

Indochine Palace

"During our trip through Vietnam, we stayed at several excellent hotels, all under $100 CAD per night, but the Indochine was easily our favourite for value, comfort, and quality. Our room was spacious, with an exceptionally comfortable bed, quality linens, and one of the best hotel showers we've experienced. The water pressure made the oversized rain shower feel truly luxurious. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, it has the charm and elegance of a grand property. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the pool is large and spotless, and even the pool towels were folded with such precision they looked ironed. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention. It was the best we experienced in Vietnam, with an incredible variety of fresh Vietnamese and Western options. I actually filmed myself walking around the buffet at a normal pace without stopping—it took 65 seconds to complete the circuit! I've never seen a hotel breakfast this extensive, especially at this price. Even the real linen napkins added to the upscale feel. Finally, the staff were outstanding. Hospitality throughout Vietnam impressed us, but the team at Indochine was especially warm, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Vi and Vu, who greeted us at the front entrance every day with genuine smiles and kindness. They are wonderful ambassadors for both the hotel and Vietnamese hospitality. We only stayed two nights, which wasn't nearly enough. We look forward to staying at Indochine again"

"We had a wonderful stay at Azerai La Residence Hue. What really makes this hotel exceptional is the people. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The service is truly outstanding and among the best we have experienced. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant architecture, lovely gardens and a peaceful atmosphere by the Perfume River. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the spa was also fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, although they are not the highlight of the property. What makes Azerai truly special is the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail of the entire team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue."

"Love the decor and details of the hotel. Has a boutique feel yet very grand elegant ambience. Nice design and layout of the rooms. Quality furniture and tasteful designs. Great convenient location to city center and historical sites. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those looking for boutique elegance."

"Hue Four Seasons is good value for money. The rooms are clean, comfortable, functional and minimal. They are also well appointed, regarding light switches and plugs, air conditioner and fan . The staff and owner could not have been better. Laura and the family are very helpful and provide really good advice. The breakfast is good, home cooked, fresh and tasty."
