"Okay for a quick overnight. It could have been cleaner and the tv was broken, the staff switched it but the second wasn’t great either."

"Wow, this place is a complete sham . It's gross. It's worse than my early apts in NYC. I would say one step above a dorm and should not be charging more than $100 a night. SHAME ON YOU. We booked 2 nights at about $400 a night with taxes and fees. We did not even end up sleeping there. The moment we walked in we looked online and found another property, a beautiful 2 bedroom suite at Wm. Farmer & Sons for $299 a night. The value was not even comparable. A "suite" at Nautical Nest = a room with a chair and small bed Nespresso machine = broken Balcony = a step above a fire escape with 2 rusty chairs kitchen= college dormatory kitchenette that stinks and has a microwave and mini fridge NO lobby, No common space at all, no staff, no hospitality. I highly recommend choosing one of the many other charming hotels in Hudson unless you get a deal under $100 for this place."

"This is a great place in a beautiful old historic building. It is well furnished, well equipped, and most importantly very clean. The views from the second floor apartment out to Warren Street are perfect (especially to view the Mad Hatter parade that passed by during our stay). Low-cost convenient on-street parking was readily available close to our front door during our stay, but that turned out to be pretty unimportant, since the location is close to all of Hudson's wonderful shops and restaurants, and we walked everywhere during our visit. Finally, our host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had about the property. Next time we are in Hudson, this will certainly be our first choice as a place to stay."

"We stayed in room 213. There’s definitely missing the couch and the AC did not work properly. It was 79° in the room. I did inform the front desk. I’d check out. This is my second time at this beautiful hotel. "

"The room itself was clean, nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. My only thing is that both the sink and the shower drain were incredibly slow. Also, nowhere to store your bags if you have a later train than their strict 11am checkout time. "

"The bar is amazing and the spa was to die for love, the neighborhood and love. The location I have been there nine times since they opened.That should tell you something"

"Nice and convenient place to stay in Hudson. No elevator, so taking the luggage up a tall staircase was the only downside."

"The Schooner was a perfect apartment for two adults and a kid, with tons of space and a full kitchen. The staff were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It's a unique set of properties, and the common area was also really great. I would return to this hotel."
