"I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and has dinner restaurant in house with an accessible outdoor hot tub. Amazing experience and I had to bring family onnthe next trip."

"The room was very nice 2 lights didnt work and it is not sound proof. I drove 9 hrs when I pulled back the bedding had a huge stain took a picture. I went down to the front sedest in my night gown and oat no one answered the phone. I showed the worker the picture and he went oh my. Then handed me a set of sheets. I said nicely do zi get a dicount for making my bed he finally came up to ropm 310. Tje bottpm sheet was bad too. Now I ised to be a hoisekeepwr for 20 years in hotels and hospitals and nursing homes if I dod that I would have been fired. Ot wasnt my job tp fox my own bed I was up at 4 am drove from michigan fpr 9 hrs.. fonally got settled and the man next door was loud and I could hear him snoring it was the worst.The staff were kind. Parking was great until 11pm no where to park. I am handicapped. No laundry needed tp be done. So I was disappointed. "

"Everything about the St. Paul is an experience. We were greeted with a comfortable kindness that is only accomplished with it being genuine. Check in was quick and painless, everything was run smoothly and efficiently, even with how busy it was with the Lady Gaga concert. The room was clean, neat and well laid out. There is no sign of wear and tear anywhere even given how historic the building is. The St Paul Grille was the same…efficient, genuine and relaxed. We are already planning our next visit."

"Service was great. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The bar and restaurant were closed down for the night and that’s why we stayed there for that reason. Very disappointing. "
