There is some minor maintenance to be done (chipping on ceiling, water spots), but everything was in pretty good condition, and we were able to find most of what we needed in the kitchen's cabinets. The pool was a favorite for my kids, as was walking down to the small beach to collect some shells. It is not far to marinas (boat rentals) or the state park (which has a beach). The condo was clean and comfortable with spectacular floor to ceiling windows of the lake with stellar sunset views over SML and the mountains.
