### #323 Pointe - 2 Bedroom Lakefront Condo at Mariners SML
Welcome to Unit 323
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 3 on the 2nd floor. All Pointe buildings have an elevator and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers king size beds in both of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have been completely renovated with new paint, carpet, and furniture, including new mattresses! Each bedroom has a TV with cable.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 3 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Living area also has seating for 5 and has a dining table that seats 4\. There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.
Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony! You can even open the windows for some fresh air! This balcony has seating for 6 people.

The apartment was as described in the listing. Very clean and comfy. We appreciated the sectional on the patio overlooking the covered slips and lake. Nice neighborhood with lots of amenities. We didn’t stay long enough to really take advantage but they looked very nice. Tried Tiff’s next door for dinner. Would not recommend—neither the food or service were good. Overall highly recommend this vrbo for a visit to SML!

#### Beautiful Mariner's Landing
Beautiful location! We enjoyed our breakfast sitting out on the patio with a lake and mountain view. Amenities are close to Building 3\. Just a walk away from the pool and boutique shop. We also played tennis, pickleball and worked out at the clubhouse which was also a short walk away. Lunch at the Golf Clubhouse was delicious and provided a lovely view of the golf course. We had minor issues in the condo that we requested to be repaired: plugged drain in master shower and towel holder falling off the wall in master bathroom. Overall, it was a positive experience and we will definitely return.

#### A great trip!
I only stayed a short time (Tuesday-Thursday) but we had a great time. The unit was even nicer in person and so clean. Getting in and out of the unit and buildings was simple, all the codes worked and were sent before I even arrived. Everything we needed was right on the property, restaurants, a store, pools, great walking trails and a private beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Adequate for 4 adults...not huge but fine. A little frustrated with tv..not user friendly. One of bathrooms should be walk in shower or at minimum, should have safety bars. Balcony windows are awkward and in the way when open.The view was nice and the area was pretty.

#### Perfect place with gorgeous views!
This property was awesome. The view is probably the best on the lake. We loved the pool and hot tub! We made use of the StarBucks daily and has dinner at The Landing on the last night. We only stayed 3 nights and didn’t get a chance to visit the recreation center or other pool. This property could definitely be one where you could stay a week on property and just relax and unwind. We rented a boat for 2 days and enjoyed exploring. Then condo itself was great- we didn’t cook there but it was outfitted perfectly. It was nice not having to bring anything other than our beach towels and clothes. The unit even had toiletries (like a hotel would), laundry detergent, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, etc. This was a perfect get away and we plan to return.
