With 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and access to all of Mariners Landing amenities. with 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub. Kids Playground, Tennis courts, walking paths, Beach area, floating docks available for a nominal fee. Boat rentals on site through Bridgewater Marina. 18 Hole Golf course for a nominal greens fee. On Site Restaurant and Bar with Dinner options. This condo is pet friendly for an additional fee. This condo is located on the first floor of the third building.
Part of Mariners Landing Waterfront community with 1,000 acres. You will have access to all of Mariners Landing Amenities including 2 outdoor pools and hot tub, and indoor pool and hot tub, beach, Tennis and pickle ball courts, Walking trails, renovated gym facility,18 hole public golf course. Dine on site at 2 different restaurant's within Mariners Landing, Hours may vary. Floating Docks available for rent with a daily fee located at the pointe condos. You can rent a boat seasonally from Bridgewater Marina located at the Pointe Condos. Mariners Landing is the only country club located in Huddleston Virginia at Smith Mountain Lake.

Last getaway before school

Love how we can do multiple things here like rent a boat or swim in the lake from the beach side( still being worked on 2yrs now),or swimming in the pools. Room was good except floors could have used a good mop. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and hope to be coming back. Love the lake🏞♥️
