"This hotel is excellent. I have stayed here numerous times when in the area and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are nice, the staff very friendly and the amenities along with a full breakfast are great. I highly recommend it."

"The place is pretty nice, located close to a sheetz, room I had was very nice, smelled a bit of smoke from maybe a cigar or cigarette when inside the room but was comforting nostalgic smell, guy behind the check in desk was very nice and helpful"
"Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, most people don’t like it, for me I’ve grown up going to hotels that smell like it so it just brings back memories. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, few hairs on the mattresses and the pillows, some on the toilet and the towels too, were burn marks on the bathroom sink from cigarettes, had a bit of black mold on the ceiling. If you’re planning to stay here for a night it is doable but if longer than that, might be worth going to another hotel"
"The property is outdated, but it was incredibly clean and the staff was very kind. I arrived late in the evening and the man at the front desk greeted me kindly and had everything ready to go for me. The hotel is hard to find, but luckily I had read the reviews that it’s behind the Dunkin. I appreciated having the Dunkin so close. Hotel is close to the highway so very easy to get on and off for travelers. "
"At check-in I was given key cards that didn't work. Then I found out the room was occupied. Another employee said they make mistakes like that all the time. Was given a new room. I was given a Gatorade for the inconvenience.
Knock at the door at 10:50 pm by "housekeeping" (it was the barkeep). They opened the door before I could get to the door. They said it was to see if the room was occupied
Had to ask for more towels. Never delivered.
Room had soap and lotion but no shampoo or conditioner.
Breakfast was tiny muffins in bags and some fruit and coffee that I didn't try.
Pool and spa/hot tub closed indefinitely.
Hall on first floor smells bad and would be a problem for asthmatics. The smell didn't really permeate the room though.
Bathroom door didn't close and latch properly.
Lack of luggage carts.
It's not all bad.
The hotel was quiet. Maybe because they have a form relating to their $30 deposit listing forbidden activities like parties and forbidden things like rose petals, glitter, and silly string. It also says a max of 1 child per room.
I would like to think that they are taking an old hotel and refreshing it to make it nice again. I like the ye olde Holi-dome format (rooms surrounding and looking out over a common pool and play area). Except that was all closed.
Had booked two double beds, got a king and a double. The bed was comfortable.
Air conditioning was cold.
Water pressure was great.
Lots of parking space, mostly empty."
"Amy at the desk called us in advance to ask about our need for a handicap accessible room and although there were none available, made sure to provide a specialized chair for the shower / bath. Great service and kindness. "
"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! They were incredibly accommodating and helpful when I ran into an issue with another hotel. The place is clean, and the service is exceptionally friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again. Definitely a 5-star experience!"
