We had a great time! We stayed in the trailer and it was clean, stocked, and comfortable. The air conditioning was a plus on really warm days. My children loved the swing set and room to play yard games. The water is very clear, however I definitely reccomend water shoes as its very rocky, and slippery. Overall we had an incredibly peaceful, fun, and memory filled vacation
It was a perfect last minute get away. John was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful time, made new friends with the people renting the cabins. We will definitely be booking again next summer. This time for a longer time.
Had a great time. Excellent scenery and property owner was great! Would definitely recommend.

Doublewide
We stayed in the double wide while on a fishing trip. Overall it served its' purpose but it left alot to be desired. The main sliding door to get in wouldn't lock properly, the room with the futon didn't have A/C and that room was pretty much unusable during the day, and the shower had almost no water pressure.
The location was great with quick access to the lake, but it would be nice to know ahead of time that we would have to pay a fee to keep our boats in the owner's slips. Overall it wasn't bad, but the doublewide could use some tlc.
Misrepresented listing. Walked in, it was a dump and Walked out. Other reviews stated it needed updating- that is gross understatement. It needs to be demolished. It is not safe. Had to find alternate accommodations.
The owner is rude, confrontational and difficult. Read reviews on other sites and you’ll find his response to be in poor character. Not a good way to do business.
Do yourself a favor and lead from our mistake and hardship. Find another place to stay.
The mobile home is older but it was very clean. The carpet has stains, the main bedroom closet door does not slide without lifting on both sides so we left one side open. We had trouble with the internet but John was very quick and helpful in getting it repaired. For the price you can't go wrong. You should wear swim shoes because you have to walk on large stones for about 3 feet before you get to the sandy bottom. The rocks are slippery and some of the stones are sharp. With that being said we spent everyday we could in the water. It was so beautiful and relaxing. If you have trouble walking, older or are unsteady you will have trouble getting into the water since the stairs have shifted causing them to vary in height and the bottom few steps are slanted making it slippery and easy to loose your balance. There wasn't a roll away cot but they replaced it with a over size chair that pulled out into a bed, there's a fold out couch and both are in the enclosed porch. There are shades to block the sun and the windows open but it was so hot in the porch that sleeping was impossible so our son sleep on the couch in the living room. It's long enough to be comfortable as long as you don't toss and turn. With all of this being said I would recommend this location. The owners are so sweet and very helpful.
