Great place to stay! Located in a very central area. Slight issue trying to get check-in instructions, as I had to chat with a computer automated response before actually speaking to a person, but was able to reach them eventually. Be prepared to walk up 109 steps! Would come back.

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

"The main issue is the cleaning . They never cleaned the floor , or the coffee and water cups and glasses . They only organized the bed … not cleaning at all . This is really unfortunate since the staff is very nice and pleasant, but after 2 nights it wasn’t nice to be in the room … In our kids room ..."
