The hotel staff and security are super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. There were however some annoying hiccups when I checked in with cleanliness in the room I was given and I had to ask to be switched to a new room. The rooms are stylish and the beds and bedding absolutely luxurious. I didn't want to get out of bed and looked forward to sleeping - possibly the best thing about this hotel. The food at the restaurant is good and there is a big mall a short walk away with a food court and a nice restaurant on the roof. The area feels safe, for Karachi ;) and it's conveniently close to some local sites worth visiting.

The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly.

The house keeping was lacking. For two despite telling the floor staff multiple times I had call the mail office and then every thing was done promptly. The hotel agent who met me at the airport was excellent. His name was Mujtaba . Exceptional care when I arrive and when I was leaving beyond words.
