The hotel is conveniently located, an easy walk to/from the subway station, West Lake, and shopping. The hotel facilities and amenities are very nice. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and beddings were comfortable. The airconditioning worked great. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a lake view upon check-in. I accidentally left some clothing behind and didn't realize it until I got to my next destination. When I called the hotel to ask about the clothes, the front desk staff already had the clothes with them and was able to mail the clothes to me through express delivery. We really enjoyed the hotel's buffet breakfast as well, which offers a wide variety of choices, both Chinese and western. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as a base for hiking Yellow Mountain. Great price, location is perfect and the staff went out of their way to help us.
