Most importantly, the staff were so unbelievably kind: Gaoju at the front desk was so helpful, kind and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her hospitality truly made our time in Chongqing unforgettable :)"

My sister has incident that she fell down and broke her hips at the beauty salon,. The manager of the hotel has guided us and took us to the hospital until my sister admitted to hospital with the Doctor care. "Landed in Chongqing very late at night so decided stay here for one night. Rooms were spacious and clean. Surrounds quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was ok, a little messy but could have been they had a large tour group stay at the same time. "
