From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The hotel also had great facilities such as a fitness center, pool, and restaurant which made my experience even better. The carpet was stained and the small couch within my room has stains on. The bathroom wasn't cleaned that well and had squashed mosquitos on the wall. Although it is meant to be a non-smoking hotel, somebody had obviously smoked in the room I stayed in because I could smell stale smoke that had permeated in to the carpet and curtains. The aircon did not work at all well either, I set it to 18C, the coldest it would go, and it barely worked. It was a very hot and sweaty night. I wouldn't stay there again. Personally am in love with the peace and tranquility of the hotel. The surrounding environment puts me at ease. Just ask the hotel concierge to help arrange for a taxi, which usually came in less than 5mins.
