Great find
For the price it was great! Internet was good. Breakfast was extremely Asian and not vegetarian friendly... probably the only downfall.

人員親切服務不錯, 但房間隔音不佳, 可以聽到別間房間的電視聲音, 還有周遭環境的交通聲, 而且剛好隔壁工地在施工, 所以影響睡眠品質 ; 另外早餐選擇少且陽春, 有點失望...

Definitely worth it
Very nice for the money you pay...very friendly staff who can manage to speak English and try to help out in all possible way..friendly manager who speaks good English..stayed twice here and always had good experience only..walkable to city centre and eataries..& also close to train station..so-so breakfast & basic facilities in room...not very big but clean enough..

Mixed feelings
Pretty decently priced hotel, it's about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Probably just recently started serving foreigners because there are no signs showing the hotel name in latin characters so keep an eye out for that. The staff is friendly with limited english skills, breakfast is available but dreadful, internet is fast. The room was okay with a comfy a bed, filthy carpets, a nice fridge and desk but with some leftover weird stuff in the desk drawers. The bathroom is dated to say at least with ancient plastic fixtures, not very nice but tolerable. It's a nine story building so pretty good views and it's otherwise an overpriced area of the country so I probably would stay here again despite all the negatives. One thing to point out was that I requested a late checkout and the staff was very accomodating with that, there was an hourly fee but completely reasonable.

整體算是乾淨，只是連住兩天，第二天沒有房務人員整理房間，入住時浴室也只有毛巾無浴巾，可以改善。 飯店位置離夜市近，交通方便。早餐種類不多但份量充足。

建物や設備は古さを感じましたが、室内や備品類は清潔できちんとされてました。朝食はローカルメニュー中心な事や日本語の分かるスタッフがいたのも好印象でした。

飯店感覺得出來有歷史，但維持的不錯，房間沒有異味，部分樓層有煙味(坐電梯時經過剛好開門)，幸好我們那一層當天沒有煙味，住宿安排似乎有將團客與一般旅客分開不同樓層，所以沒有被團客吵到。位於市區，很方便，去東大門夜市走路可以到，去海洋公園玩的話可以走去麗池藍天那邊坐接駁車(須先到官網預約)，服務人員算親切，不過有次打電話到櫃台時居然叫我「阿姨」(41歲的阿姨很想哭T T)，感覺很不好，應該稱呼先生或小姐即可，會比較專業。

房間內舒適，該有的設備都有，浴室也乾淨 早餐部的服務人員態度都很親切，早餐也好吃 住宿花東客棧覺得得到放鬆的感覺，整體性而言都是很舒適的。 是到花蓮旅遊的住宿首選。

完美的住宿經驗
非常推薦~飯店人員很親切，服務非常周到（火車站接駁很貼心），雖然是老飯店，但房間尤其是浴室非常的乾淨舒適，隔音稍弱但不影響睡眠可接受，早餐以清粥小菜為主簡單卻很好吃，因為飯店有提供單車讓搭火車去花蓮的我們依舊去了好多地方，把花蓮市區景點全玩遍了，很讚~是無可挑剔的住宿經驗，網路上的高評價實至名歸。

コストパフォーマンス最高！居心地のいいホテルです
とにかくコストパフォーマンスは最高です。若干古い建物ながら ロケーションがよく どこに行くにも便利。従業員がとても愛想よく 親切でした。何よりシャワー式トイレだったのが嬉しかった。朝食は手作りで美味しい 野菜中心の料理。友人たちと次回もここがいいねと 話しました。

丁寧な対応のフロント
花蓮駅を早朝に出発する予定だったので、フロントに駅への行き方を尋ねたところ、快く駅まで送っていただき、また朝食を早めに摂らせていただきました。地味ですが、快適に過ごすことができました。

櫃台小姐服務非常好，客棧提供自行車租借，並且詳盡推薦騎乘旅遊路線；退房前還會主動通知建議銜接搭火車的接駁時間。是近年來難得一見、服務最好的旅館。

親切溫馨有家的感覺的飯店
飯店雖然舊了點，但服務態度相當溫馨有家的親切感覺。早餐的阿姨會主動幫忙烤麵包，菜色選擇雖然不多，但該有的基本款都有，吃飽補充早上的能量絕無問題。返北時櫃台還主動派人專程送我到車站搭車買名產，還主動拿折扣券給我並做介紹，真是感恩。

駅からタクシー１００元。フロント、おいしい朝食レストランのスタッフはとても親切。日、英語ともに不十分だ が、翻訳アプリで頑張っている．タロコ行きハイヤーの手配もOK。お見送りまでしてくれます。周辺にはおいしいワンタン専門店があります。

值得+滿意！
花東客棧（1）.環境ok，離鬧區及東大門夜市近.步行10分鐘左右可達，（2）.有室內停車場，（3）.房間乾淨舒適.水溫水壓很優.（4）老闆娘.櫃檯人員（介紹景點很詳細）及早餐服務人員，待人和藹親切，（5）.脚踏車可借，此次住宿 我很滿意，連住2晚，下次帶家人還要住這家，值得一住！
