7.8/10 Good! (156 reviews)
We had an unpleasant experience checking in, I booked a pet friendly room at Long Beach Garden Hotel and Spa. When we arrived at Long Beach Garden Hotel and Spa, the bell man immediately ran to my grab driver and told her it’s the wrong location. She then drove us to Long Beach Pavilion a block away, apparently it’s the same company but dog friendly. It’s not what I booked, wished they would separate the pictures so people know what they booked. Luckly I was only there for 2 nights.

"Very nice stay, close to many good restaurants. The staff were really nice and friendly. The rooms are quite small and do not have a fridge. Very comfortable bed with a good air conditioner and shower. Free snacks and coffee in the lobby. The only reason for not giving a 5 star is because of the ..."
