Beautiful Property -- Peaceful and Secluded

Terrific place to decompress. Plenty of rooms and beds for large groups. Lots of room on the property. Host was easy to contact. Would recommend to anyone.

We came up to visit some of our college students and experience a penn tailgate and game! Great location and plenty of space for all of us. Thanks Paps place!

The place was a clean, very nicely stocked and appointed “deer camp” type of cabin, with plenty of space, peace and quiet, and lots of comfortable beds in separate rooms. Perfect for a big group or family on a casual trip. The host was responsive and easy to deal with. At the time we visited no WiFi was available, and cell coverage was basically nil on AT&T and bare minimum on Verizon. That could be a plus or a minor drawback for you depending on your point of view.

Pap’s Place

Family-friendly, rustic lodge is perfect for large groups. The darts, bumper pool, card table were great for the rainy days. The fire pit, horseshoe court and rolling hills were great for fair weather days. Our family had a great time, and got to spends lots of time reconnecting without being attached to phones and electronic devices. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and concerns. The hosts provided sheets, household soaps and cleaning and paper goods, plenty of kitchen ware, and even some sweet treats for us when we arrived.

Pap's place was great for our recent stay for Penn State's whiteout. It had plenty of room and was the perfect spot only an Uber away from the stadium. For that or hunting, this would be the perfect cabin.

Perfect For A Guys Trip

Beautiful, secluded location with plenty of room and amenities. The owners really thought of everything and were more than accommodating for anything we needed.
